By accessing or using AskBharat AI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

AskBharat AI is a multilingual Indian government data chatbot that provides verified information from government APIs across various Indian languages.

3. User Accounts (Google Sign-In)

To use some features of AskBharat AI, you must sign in via your Google account. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account. We solely receive identity details permitted by the authorization flow without capturing your password.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

  • You will not use the service for any illegal activities or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
  • You will not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.
  • You must not use automated scripts to collect information from the application without written permission.

5. Government Data Disclaimer

Important Notice on Data Accuracy:

AskBharat AI displays data sourced directly from Indian government APIs including data.gov.in and MyScheme.gov.in. While we strive to display accurate and current information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of government data. Users should verify critical information directly with relevant government authorities before making important decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content and intellectual property related to AskBharat AI (excluding the direct output of government APIs) is owned by Eteroni Pvt Ltd and is protected by relevant Indian and international laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eteroni Pvt Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, if you breach any of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
